Virtual Raman Imaging Poster Summit 2020
It is our pleasure to invite you to our Virtual Raman Imaging Poster Summit 2020.
As the 17th Confocal Raman Imaging Symposium was postponed to September 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to provide an opportunity for the scientific Raman imaging community to interact during an online poster session. Share your latest results with experts in various fields and discuss your findings with colleagues, friends and dedicated application specialists.
The Raman Imaging Poster Summit will take place from September 28th to October 2nd 2020. Participation is free of charge. In order to contribute a presentation to the Virtual Raman Imaging Poster Summit 2020, simply visit our poster presentation platform>>> and submit your abstract. Upon acceptance of the abstract you will be invited to upload your poster. The session will start on Monday Sep. 28th at 14:00 (CEST) and run until Friday Oct. 2nd at 12:00 (CEST).
An advanced chat tool will provide an active forum for discussion among the poster presenters and attendees. You will be able to ask questions of each of the poster authors and receive answers directly from them. Attending a poster session has never been easier.
Best Poster Award
There will be a Best Poster Award competition. All attendees (contributors and visitors) can vote for their favorite poster. At the end of the session the author of the poster with the highest number of votes will win a Bluetooth speaker.
Welcome Session Webinar
During the short on-demand welcome session webinar, we will highlight the latest technological advances and current trends in Raman imaging. Our product manager Dr. Thomas Dieing will introduce the basics of Raman imaging, provide insight regarding sophisticated application examples, and detail recent developments in hardware and software.
How to prepare your poster
For the best poster viewing experience, please prepare your poster with a 16:9 aspect ratio using a minimum font size of 28pt. We recommend the following font types: Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman. Other formats can also work well, so of course feel free to design your poster according to your individual requirements. However, if you feel more comfortable with some guidlines, please download a PowerPoint-based template here>>>. For the poster session only a single page can be uploaded.
